About Us
City Wide Home Inspectors is
an independent home inspection
company not a franchise operation. We perform unbiased,
professional home inspection
throughout south western Ontario from Barrie south to Toronto, Pickering west to Burlington. We utilize the latest in
technology, testing equipment and home inspection practices,
including the use of digital photography. All reports are custom computerized
reports and come in a customer
binder which also include a digital (CD) copy for the report and
photos.

Home Inspectors is dedicated to providing the highest quality of
home inspections to our clients. All of our home inspectors are
members of the International Association of Certified Home
Inspectors (InterNACHI) and comply with strict compliance to the
Code of Ethics and the
Standards of Practice for the
InterNational
Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
Our Inspectors
- Michael
Fournier
Owner and founder of City Wide Home
Inspectors. Michael's career includes being a trade carpenter
for over 20 yrs, and a General Contractor, specializing in
home renovations, for more than 10 years. Michael is a
member in good standing with InterNACHI, a InterNACHI Certified
Home Inspector (CHI), Certified Commercial Property
Inspector( CCPI), Certified IAC2 Indoor Air Quality and
Mould Inspector (CMI) and a Certified Well Sampling and
Testing Inspector (CWI).
- Peter
Evans
Peter has worked the the
construction and building and electrical industry for more than
25 years. Peter is a member in good standing with
InterNACHI, a InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector (CHI),
Certified Commercial Property Inspector( CCPI), a
Certified Well Sampling and Testing Inspector (CWI)
and had competed the Ontario Trade Academy Mould Identification
Course. Peter is also a past member of
Construction Specifications Canada,
Ontario Association of Landscape Architects, and a graduate of
the University of Toronto BA. Business Administration.

them. We will not release, share or sell any of our client’s
personal information or any information about the services
performed, reports, results, or recommendation to any third party
without our clients expressed written permission. City Wide Home
