Standard Home
Inspection
Buying a home is
often a very emotional experience. The time and energy spent in looking
at home after home until you find "THE RIGHT ONE". These
emotions can impair the buyer's judgment and prevent them from not only
seeing minor defects in a home but also major and sometimes costly ones.
Our home inspectors will help to provide you with an objective, unbiased
and detailed report on the condition of the home. Remember there is no
return or refund policy when you buy a home, the best way to protect
yourself is to know and understand the condition of the home you are
buying. City Wide Home Inspectors provides our clients with the
knowledge, experience and support to ensure you are making an informed
purchase decision.
Our Home Inspectors will evaluate and report on both
exterior and interior components of the home.

A

Inspection will take between 1.5 to 3 hours. We
request that the client be available during the
inspection to review all findings with the
inspector. The client will be encouraged to
accompany the inspector throughout the property
except on the roof, or any other area that is deemed
unsafe for the client, the inspector, or may damage
the property. Our inspector will require full
access to the property, which should be arranged for
by the buyer, the buyer’s agent, seller or seller’s
agent. At the completion of the inspection, the
inspector will review all of his or her findings in
the review meeting with the client. The full

available for the client to review (including all the photos) on
our website within 24 hours of completion of the inspection. The
